1. What RSV is

RSV is a listing platform only. We connect buyers and sellers of salvage vehicles — we are not a party to any transaction that results from it.

• We do not inspect, verify, or guarantee the condition of any vehicle listed on the platform.
• We do not verify the validity, authenticity, or completeness of any vehicle papers, titles, or documents shared between users.
• Any negotiation, payment, and transfer of the vehicle happens directly between the buyer and the seller, entirely outside the platform. RSV does not process payments and does not take a commission.
• You are responsible for verifying the vehicle, its papers, and the identity of the other party before completing any transaction.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when registering, including a working phone number.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• One account per person. You may use the same account to both buy and sell.

3. Acceptable use

When using RSV, you agree to:

• Publish listings that are accurate and that describe a vehicle you have the right to sell.
• Use the messaging system only to discuss listings — not to send spam, advertising for unrelated products, or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Treat other users respectfully. Harassment, threats, hate speech, or discriminatory language are not tolerated.

4. Prohibited content

The following are never allowed on RSV:

• Stolen vehicles, or vehicles you do not have the legal right to sell.
• Firearms, explosives, illegal drugs, or any other item unrelated to vehicle sales.
• Fraudulent listings (e.g. vehicles that don't exist, deliberately false descriptions).
• Someone else's personal or identifying documents shared without their consent.
• Malware, phishing links, or attempts to move users off-platform for scams.

5. Moderation

Listings are published immediately without prior review. An administrator may unpublish or delete any listing, or disable any account, that violates these Terms — with or without prior notice, at our discretion.

6. No fees

RSV is currently free to use. We do not charge listing fees or take a commission on sales made between users.

7. Limitation of liability

RSV is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any dispute, loss, or damage arising from a transaction between users, from the condition of a vehicle, or from the validity of any documents exchanged through the platform.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of RSV after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
