1. What we collect

• Account details: name, email address, phone number, and optionally Viber/Messenger handles and province.
• Listing content you publish: vehicle details, description, asking price, and photos.
• Messages you exchange with other users through the platform, and any documents you attach to them (e.g. vehicle papers, deed of sale, photos of identification if you choose to share them).
• Basic technical data such as your IP address, used for spam prevention and rate limiting.

2. Why we collect it

• To operate the marketplace: publishing listings, letting buyers search and contact sellers, and running the internal messaging system.
• To reveal your phone/Viber/Messenger details to the other party in a conversation, but only after the seller has approved a request to exchange contact details.
• To send you e-mail notifications about new messages, if you have this preference enabled in your profile.
• To prevent abuse: spam detection, rate limiting, and moderation of listings and accounts.

3. How we store it

Listing photos are public by nature and served directly, since they are meant to be seen by anyone browsing the marketplace. Documents exchanged in conversations (vehicle papers, deed of sale, and similar attachments) are stored separately on a private disk and can only be downloaded by the two participants of that conversation, via an authenticated link — never by a public URL.

4. Who can see what

• Your listings, their photos, and your display name are public to anyone visiting the site.
• Your phone, Viber, and Messenger details are never shown publicly. They are only revealed inside a specific conversation, and only once the seller has approved the buyer's request to exchange contact details.
• Messages and their attachments are only visible to the buyer and seller of that conversation.

5. Your rights under RA 10173

You may access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time. Most of this you can do yourself:

• Update your name, contact details, and notification preferences from your profile page.
• Delete your account entirely from your profile page — this removes your listings, conversations, and messages.

If you need help exercising any of these rights, contact the site administrator through the account that manages this platform.

6. Retention

We keep your account and listing data for as long as your account is active. Listings automatically expire after 60 days but are not deleted — you can renew, mark them as sold, or delete them at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes your listings, conversations, and messages.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Continued use of RSV after a change means you accept the updated policy.
